Pure Sound is a state of the art, professional recording,
digital editing,fully automated Pro Tools High Definition Studio. What makes Pure Sound unique is the quality of the equipment,
how it is integrated within the analog to Pro Tools digital realm.Over the years
we have spent countless hours
developing the best possible equipment interface
techniques that deliver
a pure, rich,
transparent sound quality that's unique to this Studio.
All of our rooms are
acoustically treated/balanced to capture an ideal sound. The
control/tracking
room is large enough to accommodate a 6 piece band and have a
14 piece
chamber orchestra. Along with another large tracking room and isolation
booth,
we are set up to record a band live or solo artist.
Pure Sound is also the ideal production
environment. We have taken from the old school, traditional recording studio setup and blended that with the new production
capabilities in a more open, creative atmosphere.
The engineers here believe in letting the artist realize their musical production
ideas without (getting in the way). We can and well suggest
some things if asked, but
would rather the artist feel that this
is (their) studio.We are here to enable the production
to be the best possible.
With the advent of superior sounding software (plug-ins), such as the Sony Oxford EQ and
URS (Unique Recording Studio), the need for large format analog consoles
is not as
in demand. Software plug-ins these days sound as good and allow
much more flexibility
in the Mixing
and Mastering stages. There have been many "hits"
recorded/mixed and mastered entirely in the digital realm.
